Vodka Tonic

An authentic and unpretentious restaurant blog, Grey Goose dirty also happen to be my favorite drink. Most of the stories are slightly exaggerated, but definitely based on true life.  Not a service manual on how to become a professional waiter, it still might help you to learn a trick or two. It might even help you to become a better  or less annoying customer.

I’m an ordinary guy who loves and hates most of the things a guy in his late 20s would. After being in a restaurant business for over 7 years I don’t consider “waiting table”  a job anymore. I treat it rather like a HOBBY, which can be entertaining from time to time.  What I enjoy the most is a social networking element to it.  Besides, my restaurant expertise, I like being called a social media lunatic who spends over 5hr a day online digging through his Twitter/Facebook and goes to bed with his Driod . Do not get me wrong, I agree that nothing is more beautiful than a face to face thought-provoking conversation accompanied by a glass of wine or martini.
